I run a portfolio of ecommerce brands — men’s rings, bridesmaids accessories, alloy wheels — and for the past few years, I’ve been rebuilding the way they operate using AI agents and automation. Not as an experiment. As the actual way we run.
That means customer service handled by AI, product descriptions generated overnight, ad copy tested at scale, and a small lean team that punches well above its weight.
ALLHART started because other business owners kept asking me how we did it. The website builds, the AI audits, the consulting — it all comes from real experience, not textbook theory. If I recommend something, it’s because I’m running it myself.
