AI Training — Real-World AI Skills for You and Your Team

AI Training & Consulting

We’ll train you and your team to use AI that does real work.

Most businesses don’t have an AI problem — they have a skills gap. There’s no shortage of tools. What’s missing is someone sitting down with your actual business and showing you how to use them. That’s what we do.

Nathan Hartnett - Allhart, AI training

From confused to confident.

Not slides and theory — real practice on real problems from your business. Every engagement follows the same four-phase arc.

🔍

1. Understand

We start with a clear picture of your business — what you do, where you’re losing time, and where AI could genuinely help.

Week 1

🎯

2. Plan

We map out what you and your team need to learn first. Clear priorities, no overwhelm — you see exactly where training will have the most impact.

Week 1–2

🧑‑🏫

3. Train

Hands-on sessions using your real examples and real tasks. Not a generic demo — practice on problems that actually matter to your business.

Week 2–4

🚀

4. Own It

You walk away with working skills, practical prompts, and the confidence to keep using AI without relying on us. That’s the whole point.

Week 4+

ALLHART AI training roadmap - Understand, Plan, Train, Own It

Why people struggle with AI — and how we fix it.

Every week we hear from business owners who know AI could help them but can’t get any traction. It’s almost always one of these four things.

Nobody’s actually shown them how

There’s no shortage of tools. But watching a YouTube tutorial isn’t the same as someone sitting down with your actual business and walking you through it.

Training that doesn’t stick

A one-hour workshop with generic slides doesn’t change how people work. Real skills come from practising on real tasks — not someone else’s examples.

The team isn’t on board

Tools no one uses become shelfware. Getting your team genuinely confident with AI takes more than sending them a link — it takes actual guided practice together.

Overwhelm, not clarity

The AI space moves fast. Without a guide to cut through it, most people stop. The answer isn’t more information — it’s someone showing you what actually matters for your business.

Pick the level that fits where you are.

Not sure which to choose? The AI Audit tells you exactly where training will have the most impact — then we scope from there.

You’re learning from someone who actually uses this stuff — not just teaches it.

There’s a difference between training built on frameworks and training built on doing the work. I use AI tools daily in my own business — I’ve seen firsthand what works in the real world versus what sounds good in a webinar.

I’m not a keynote speaker with a slide deck. I’m an operator who also trains. That means the skills I teach are ones I actually rely on — and I know what it takes to get a small business team from hesitant to genuinely capable.

Every training engagement is scoped honestly before we start. If I don’t think training will give you real, practical value at your current stage, I’ll say so — and probably point you toward the audit first.

What people usually ask before booking

Do I need the audit before training?

Not strictly — but it helps a lot. If you already know what you want to learn, we can scope training directly. If you’re less certain where to focus, the $97 audit makes the training significantly more targeted and worth every dollar.

What AI tools do you train people on?

Primarily tools in the ChatGPT / Claude / OpenAI ecosystem, along with practical no-code tools where relevant. I’m tool-agnostic — I train people on what will actually work for their situation, not what’s trending or commissionable.

What if our needs are more complex?

We scope before we start. If the work is more involved, I’ll tell you and quote accordingly. I don’t start engagements I can’t complete at the price agreed. If what you need is genuinely outside my scope, I’d rather refer you to someone better suited than take the work and underdeliver.

Will we need to keep coming back to you?

That’s explicitly not the goal. Every training engagement is designed so your team walks away with real, working skills — not a dependency on me. Monthly coaching is available for those who want ongoing support as their AI use grows, but it’s entirely optional.

How long does a training engagement typically take?

The Starter Training Session typically runs 1–2 weeks from start to finish. Full Team Training is usually 3–5 weeks depending on team size and scope. All timelines are agreed upfront — no open-ended hours.

Two ways to begin.

Not sure which fits? The audit is the lower-risk first step and often shapes what training looks like. Already know what you need? Let’s get it scoped.
